Naming the martyrs of the Battle of Mu’ta

Hadhrat Anas (Radialhu anhu) reports that as the Battle of Mu’ta was being fought in Shaam, 

Rasulullaah (Sallahu alayhi wasallam) informed them in Madinah each time one of the three commanders of the Muslim army was martyred. After the three had fallen, Rasulullaah (Sallahu alayhi wasallam) said, “Allaah’s sword (Hadhrat Khaalid bin Waleed (Radialhu anhu)) has now taken command of the army and Allaah shall grant him victory over the enemy.”
